All those things we don't think about, or try to not think about, the things we put off as we don't deem them important, we will be covering this and more. Sometimes we need reminders to put ourselves and our health first, we hope this will be yours.

Enjoy a coffee and breakfast while we engage in an enriching session on the Importance of Women's Health by esteemed Dr Natasha Shah, Consultant Family Medicine and Dr Aishani Shah, Consultant Dermatologist.
